New Development for Sale in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Pueblo Canario {Canarian Village} is a new property development in the popular area of Tamaragua, just 5 minutes outside of Corralejo.

Pueblo Canario, Corralejo is a development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom duplex villas, constructed in a typically Canarian style and it’s an exciting time for us here as they are nearing completion.

You’ll find the new urbanisation in the north of the island approximately 35km from the Airport; Corralejo is one of Fuerteventura’s busiest resorts.

The beauty of this development is that you’re near to everything;

• ferry port - with frequent services to Playa Blanca, Lanzarote as well as trips to the nearby Lobos Island
• ’La Placita’ the square home to many open-air restaurants and bars offering something a bit more romantic and less rowdy than the nearby Centro Atlantico.
• ’Grandes Playas’ or ‘Dunas de Corralejo’ to the south of the resort, an enormous expanse of white sand
• Waterpark – new just opened
