New Expo Season begins in Tenerife
The new expo season for the AIP group has started at the Mare Nostrum hotel in Las Americas, Tenerife. The twice weekly property exhibition, held on a Monday and Wednesday, features overseas homes in The Canary Islands and the emerging markets of Cape Verde and Morocco. The excellent position, opposite the Safari Centre and the fountains attracts 100´s of visitors daily.
Experienced property consultants are on hand between the hours of 10am and 10pm and offer comprehensive advice about property locally and further afield. Same day inspections of properties can be arranged, plus enquiries with regard to finance options and mortgages can be discussed without obligation.

A big debt of gratitude to all at AIP and above all Maria and Rosanna;
purchasing a property abroad can be and is probably the most nerve racking experience myself and thousand of prospective buyers face when they decide they want a place in the sun.
For me it was no differant, however I had the backing of the people at AIP who made it as effortless as possible, Maria Sobova was my initial contact when I first expressed an interest in purchasing a property in Tenerife and she was there for until the very end and now has become a good friend, The process of buying in Spain is fraught with pitfalls and red tape and many of the estate agents are not even registered so choosing your estate agent wisely is essential.
Once I choose Maria and her team they take care of everything and I mean everything ,mortgage taxes ,notary, viewings ,wills etc etc,Although I only really saw Maria ,I knew there was a great team behind her ,Rosanna taking care of the legal work,NIE no’s etc,Half of the team are English and the rest speak fluent English so no language barrier.
