The team consists of Alex Veccia, Marketing, Hannah Longthorp, Customer Services and Mgr.  Petrova Luba in Project Development.

Alex has spent many years in graphic design and the media industry. With his creative flair and analytical ability, he ensures that using the latest marketing strategies, we are able to identify, anticipate and satisfy our client’s requirements.

Hannah Longthorp has worked for many years in Customer Services both in Spain and in the UK and helps the AIP property group go that extra mile to ensure good client communication and follow up therefore helping to guarantee client satisfaction.

Luba Petrova, coming from a background in property development, co-ordinates all our developments in Cape Verde and liaises between property consultants and developers to ensure clients have everything they need to make a smooth transaction.

Working as a team along with the rest of the colleagues and their director Derek Muhs, they work diligently, efficiently and conscientiously to make the AIP Property Group a cut above the rest.
